(a) Higher National Diploma
National Diploma (ND) in Library and Information Science from recognized Polytechnics with at least Lower Credit plus at least five (5) credits in GCE O’Level, SSCE or its equivalent in relevant subjects including Mathematics and English Language, and minimum of one (1) year post National Diploma industrial attachment.
(b) National Diploma Admission Through JAMB UTME
- Agricultural Technology: Candidates must have credit passes in English Language (not Literature in English), Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology/Agric Science and any other two from science subjects.
- Marketing: Candidates must have credit passes in English Language (not Literature in English) and Mathematics and any three other relevant subjects.

Method of Application
Application forms are obtainable on the purchase of the Registration PIN (personal identification number) on Remita platform at a non-refundable fee of Six Thousand Naira (N6, 000.00) only for HND; and Two Thousand Naira (N2, 000.00) only (excluding bank charges) for Post – UTME Candidates.
Candidates are to then register with the PIN on the Polytechnic website: www.fedpolynas.edu.ng and to print out their respective slips.
The deadline for submission of applications is three (3) weeks from the date of this publication.

- Click the “Verify Phone Number” button after filling the applicants details
- A verification code would be sent to the phone number you entered in the form.
- Enter the verification code sent to you in the space provided.

- Click “Verify” button.
- If the verification code was not sent to your phone number, click “Did not receive code” button to try again.
- If verification code is correct, a successful page is displayed. Click the “OK” button.

Enter your phone number as Username and Password.

- Click Login.
- A welcome page opens. Click on the drop down to select your application type

Enter your Email address in the space provided, select your method of payment (Verve, MasterCard, etc.), and check the information verification box. Then click “I accept” to proceed.
Enter your card details in the space provided. Then click “ok” to proceed for payment.
Fill in your Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) into the space provided and then click the “Verify” button to continue with the application.
Enter your Email address in the space provided, select your method of payment (bank branch), and check the information verification box. Then click “I accept” to proceed.
Click on print invoice, go to the bank and make your payment

After the Remita verification, a form appears for you to fill in your data

If you cannot complete your details immediately, you can save your current progress by clicking the “Save & Continue Later” button. But once you are done with filling in your details click the “Submit Application” button.

Upon successful submission, you will see (as in the image on the right) a summary of your information, a button to print and your admission status.
Note: Applicants who provide false information, or upload incorrect credentials will automatically be disqualified.
Candidates will also be required to participate in the Federal Poly Nasarawa Post-UTME screening on their allotted date and time.
